About Your New Job as Senior Project Architect
- Lead projects from initial design to completed construction.

- Act as main contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Oversee site inspections, project progress, team coordination, and documentation.

What Skills You Need as Senior Project Architect
- 10+ years as a Project Architect.
- Expert knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning, and construction details.
- Strong site inspection and project delivery experience.
- Excellent communicator with strong coordination skills.
- Skilled in local authority approvals and contract admin.
- Essential: Proficient in Revit.
- Experience in public sector procurement and contract work.
