About Your New Job
- As a Senior Pricing Actuary, you will develop and deliver pricing models, lead annual pricing reviews, and provide technical price recommendations.
- You will ensure pricing integrates claims trends, exposure, reinsurance, and regulatory requirements, supporting sustainable underwriting performance and portfolio management.
- You will strengthen pricing governance by embedding frameworks, leading internal reviews, and maintaining transparent methodologies.
- You will collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting, and Exposure Management teams to enhance pricing strategy and inform business planning and strategic initiatives.
- As a Senior Pricing Actuary you will play a pivotal role in aligning pricing outputs with risk appetite, capital requirements, and overall business objectives.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified actuary with robust technical expertise in general insurance pricing (preferably Commercial Lines).
- Strong command of actuarial modelling, analytics, and portfolio management practices.
- In-depth understanding of the Irish insurance market and relevant regulations.
- Demonstrated experience working with underwriting and portfolio management teams.
