About Your New Job
- As the Senior Scheduler/Planner, you will develop, implement, and maintain master production and project schedules for engineering, fabrication, assembly, and site installation activities.
- You’ll create detailed work breakdown structures, identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
- You will coordinate closely with Project Management teams and suppliers, lead weekly planning meetings, and provide accurate resource forecasting.
- Support sales and tendering teams with capacity planning, drive continuous improvement in processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What Skills You Need
- 3-5 years’ experience in a planning/scheduling role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing workflows, scheduling software (MS Project or equivalent), Excel, and ERP/MRP systems (Epicor an advantage).
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
