About Your New Job
As the Senior MES Engineer, you will:
- Implement System/MES recipe changes and manage day-to-day support for Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules using the Emerson Syncade MES solution.
- Maintain the incident queue in ServiceNow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution and thorough documentation.
- Initiate and drive Change Control activities in accordance with GMP quality standards and site procedures.
- Produce clear, high-quality, and maintainable configuration, and perform testing of MES recipes and changes.
- Generate validation documentation and support incident investigations while following Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
- Build effective cross-functional relationships and ensure clear communication with business users and technical teams.
What Skills You Need
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting IT applications (incident management, change controls, documentation, testing).
- MES Recipe Authoring experience and knowledge, ideally with Emerson Syncade MES.
- Experience implementing IT changes in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency in programming (Visual Basic), configuration management, and MS SQL Server.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage business users and build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Self-motivated, focused on delivery, and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
