About Your New Job
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide the Mechatronic team in support of various projects.
- Mentorship Role: Act as a mentor and advisor to the Mechatronic team, ensuring adherence to company processes and systems.
- Equipment Design: Design and develop automated equipment to meet customer requirements, managing design elements from concept to project delivery.
- Documentation: Create, review, and control technical documentation.
- Project Management: Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaboration: Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project and company goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement within the department and across the business.
What Skills You Need
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: 8+ years of industry experience, preferably with Rockwell Studio 5000, FT View, Ignition, Siemens TIA Portal/Step7, OSI PI Historian, VBA.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP, Cisco Networking, VMware, Robotics, and safety standards.
- Soft Skills: Ambitious, confident, and professional individuals with strong communication and organizational skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
