About Your New Job
As the Management Accountant, you will:
- Deliver timely and accurate project financial reporting, covering revenue, costs, budgets, forecasts, cashflow, margin, and project performance.
- Provide clear analysis of variances, trends, and emerging risks by comparing project performance against budgets, tenders, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Project teams to validate data, highlight risks, and ensure consistent, reliable reporting.
- Prepare monthly project reporting packs and support key processes such as CVR, project reviews, and board reporting.
- Develop and improve templates, dashboards, and reporting tools used across finance and project management teams.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting—ideally within a project-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to deliver clear and concise reporting to drive decision making at management level.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence in challenging and clarifying business-critical financial issues.
- Familiarity with financial systems (Business Central or similar) and proficiency in Excel/reporting tools.
