About Your New Job

  • As Senior Life and Pensions Administrator Provide administrative support to the Sales team, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring all cases are completed to the highest standard.
  • You will handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, correspondence, keeping detailed records, and assisting Sales Executives with client portfolios.
  • You will interact directly with clients as required, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
  • As Senior Life and Pensions you will undertake various tasks including ad hoc project work ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining the standards set by the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code and Fitness and Probity Standards.

What Skills You Need

  • QFA qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in pensions, preferably in a brokerage.
  • Technical knowledge of personal, executive, and group pensions.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn and push yourself to get the job done.
