About your New Employer:

Our client is a part of the entertainment industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time Senior HR Generalist, who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting in January.

This role would start fully onsite during the probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model.

About Your New Role:

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers in the application of HR policies and practices
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from building job specifications, interviewing, scheduling, coaching hiring managers etc.
  • Organise the onboarding process ensuring a smooth induction process
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide advice to managers for disciplinary matters as needed.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
  • Proactively review and make updates to HR policies and procedures in response to legislative or organisational changes
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR standards
  • Gather and monitor data across all facets of HR including absence, headcount, attrition and recruitment 
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll input
  • Support employee engagement, wellness and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensure all HR documentation and files are current and compliant with legal standards


What Skills You Need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a senior HR Generalist or management role
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
  • CIPD qualification / membership is desired
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Strong attention to detail
