About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the entertainment industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time Senior HR Generalist, who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting in January.
This role would start fully onsite during the probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model.
About Your New Role:
- Provide guidance to employees and managers in the application of HR policies and practices
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from building job specifications, interviewing, scheduling, coaching hiring managers etc.
- Organise the onboarding process ensuring a smooth induction process
- Manage employee relations cases and provide advice to managers for disciplinary matters as needed.
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
- Proactively review and make updates to HR policies and procedures in response to legislative or organisational changes
- Ensure compliance with GDPR standards
- Gather and monitor data across all facets of HR including absence, headcount, attrition and recruitment
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll input
- Support employee engagement, wellness and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure all HR documentation and files are current and compliant with legal standards
What Skills You Need:
- 4+ years’ experience in a senior HR Generalist or management role
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- CIPD qualification / membership is desired
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Strong attention to detail
