About Your New Job

• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a customer-first approach in a compliant manner.
• Service existing clients by reviewing policies and identifying value-adding opportunities within their financial plans.
• Identify and act on referrals to grow the business.
• Administer DocuSign and manage policy issuance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain high conversion rates and exceptional customer service, adhering to KPIs.
• Conduct high-quality reviews with clients, advising on financial plans while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Manage client records and interactions using the CRM system.
• Contribute to process improvement through feedback and cooperation with support staff.
• Maintain professional development through tutorials and seminars.
• Report activities to management and support staff.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize lead generation and referrals.

What Skills You Need

• QFA Qualified
• 4-5+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with digital solutions such as visualisation tools and DocuSign.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership.
• Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a wide agenda.
