Senior Finance Business Partner role with a large business based in West Dublin (3 days office).
About Your New Job
- Partner with Business Leaders: Support strategic planning and deliver financial insights aligned with operational goals.
- Business Decision Support: Provide significant business decision support, interacting regularly with other departments to create business cases and advise on trends in revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Commercial Analysis: Support business cases, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Strategic Advisor: Present financial data in a way that influences and informs key decisions.
- Risk Identification: Identify financial risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders to mitigate or capitalize on them.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Partake in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business areas.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Support Finance leadership in delivering ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required.
What You Need
- Professional Qualification: Professionally qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong commercial and strategic finance background ideally in a supply chain/FMCG type business.
- Proven track record of influencing and supporting operational leaders through financial insight.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
