About Your New Job

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead the Facilities & Maintenance Engineering function, managing a large multi-disciplinary team.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to reduce costs, optimise uptime, and drive continuous improvement.

• Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance programmes, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and asset lifecycle planning.

• Serve as a key member of the site leadership team and contribute to major operational and capital project decisions.

What Skills You Need

• 10+ years’ engineering or maintenance experience within manufacturing (ideally medical device, pharma, or similar regulated environments).

• 5+ years in a senior management or leadership role.

• Strong background in maintenance strategy, facilities engineering, validation, and continuous improvement (LEAN / Six Sigma).

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
