We’re currently partnering with a highly respected organisation to secure a Senior Executive Assistant / Administrator for their Publications team.

This is a fantastic fixed term contract until March 2027, with high likelihood of extension and strong visibility, variety, and impact.

This is an ideal role for an experienced  Senior EA/Administrator who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across publishing, research, events, and communications.

🔎 What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Management, senior stakeholders and programme leads
  • Coordinating and assisting with publishing, marketing, communications and events activity
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Managing invoices, POs,  expenses and financial tracking
  • Acting as a key link and support between internal teams, freelancers, and partners
  • Keeping operations running smoothly across a busy department and assist if and when needed

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in admin, EA, or publishing support
  • Third Level Degree in Business, Publishing, Communications or similar
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Confident with MS Teams & SharePoint
  • Bonus points for events, invoicing, or Canva experience
