Senior EHS Advisor - Limerick - Up to €80k & Vehicle

About Your New Job
- Perform regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Create, review, and update risk assessments and method statements to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel and subcontractors, promoting best practices in workplace safety.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Work with project management teams to implement and monitor site-specific Construction Health and Safety Plans.
- Support environmental initiatives, including waste management, pollution control, and energy efficiency measures.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies during site visits and inspections.
- Manage workload across multiple sites and provide training and support for HammerTech for both new and existing staff.
What Skills You Need
- Level 8 or higher Health and Safety Qualification, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications).
- Previous experience in EHS roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
- A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B (Travel to sites in Kerry & Clare)
- Expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and safety performance data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety excellence.
