Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: Shannon, Clare
Salary: 45-50k, depending on experience
Working hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30-4.00pm Friday (39 hour week)

I have partnered with our client in Shannon who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their established Customer Service team.
About Your New Job:
- Providing an excellent level of customer care to B2B customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues affecting customer satisfaction.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in a customer service focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and patience.
- Proficient in using MS Office & ERP software.
- Strong experience of working in a corporate office environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
