About Your New Job
- As Senior Customer Case Executive, you will expertly manage a shared inbox, responding to urgent and high-priority requests from a distinguished client base.
- You will act as a key point of contact between clients and operations, handling each request with discretion and professionalism.
- You will coordinate complex travel arrangements, manage booking logistics, and work directly with the dispatch team to ensure every detail is executed perfectly.
- Expect a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, problem-solving, and a high level of ownership.
What Skills You Need
- 2–3 years’ experience in executive customer service, fast-paced administration, logistics, event coordination, or premium hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail, proven organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communicator who thrives under pressure and demonstrates accountability and initiative.
- Comfortable with bespoke or scheduling software (training provided).
- Able to commute to Santry, Dublin 17 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

- Salary: €45,000
- Pension: 1.5% initially, rising to 3%
