About Your New Job
- As Senior Claims Handler, you will manage a portfolio of liability litigation claims, set case strategies, and work with expert witnesses to achieve optimal outcomes.
- You will collaborate with legal professionals, attend consultations and hearings, and control costs through effective litigation tactics.
- You’ll guide and review claims, communicate updates to clients, contribute to team development, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
What Skills You Need
- MCC qualified (CIP minimum) with a relevant professional or third-level qualification.
- Significant experience in general insurance claims, with expert knowledge of PL, EL, and Motor/Property claims.
- Proven ability to handle litigation, negotiate settlements, and work autonomously in live trial environments.
