About Your New Job
As the Senior CIAM Engineer (Information Protection Senior Advisor), you will:
- Design, engineer, and implement CIAM solutions leveraging Okta and Auth0 platforms.
- Partner directly with application development teams to define and deliver secure identity integrations.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable authentication and federation solutions.
- Contribute to the execution of Evernorth’s enterprise CIAM strategy and modernization roadmap.
- Develop and validate proof of concepts (POCs) to guide solution design and assess platform capabilities.
- Configure and support Okta/Auth0 tenants (onboarding, policy management, federation setup).
- Support environment promotion and release processes ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex identity and integration issues with effective resolution.
- Implement and promote Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.
- Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, and metrics reporting.
What Skills You Need
- 11-13 years’ experience implementing Okta and/or Auth0 in enterprise CIAM environments.
- Hands-on expertise in modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (preferably Terraform) and DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) and federation technologies.
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Effective technical documentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira).
