About Your New Job
- As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead the technical delivery of healthcare and Data centre projects in Dublin and wider Europe, from site delivery through to handover.
- You will produce drawings, technical documents, and project specifications to meet client and project requirements.
- You will oversee technical processes in-office and on-site, ensuring all work complies with Irish Building Regulations and studio quality standards.
- You will manage technical queries from contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders, coordinating smooth project progression.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist delivering healthcare and data centre projects in Ireland.
- Proficiency in Revit and relevant design tools.
- Expert knowledge of Irish construction methods and Building Regulations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate all project documentation.
