About Your New Job

  • Manage work packages independently from concept design through to construction stage deliverables.
  • Produce conceptual and sketch designs, prepare presentation materials, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Incorporate budget considerations into technical decisions, optimizing profitability while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Play a key role in developing architectural standards and design solutions, fostering collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and peers.
  • Support improvements in procedures and service delivery, ensuring projects balance innovation, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years experience. 
  • Advanced technical design, documentation, and detailing experience.
  • Advanced understanding of construction, regulatory compliance, and building performance.
  • Expert in BIM and digital design tools such as Revit, BIM 360, AutoCad, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Architectural Technology or industry-related equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualified experience and membership in CIAT or equivalent registration body.
