About Your New Job
- As Senior Project Architect, you will lead and oversee the design, delivery, and contract administration of landmark projects in the life sciences, data centre, and commercial sectors.
- You will manage all RIAI Work Stages, ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations, contractual obligations, and planning requirements.
- Act as Contract Administrator for public works contracts, liaising directly with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Lead and mentor project teams, coordinate critical documentation, and drive successful project handover and completion.
- This is a senior management track role, offering scope to influence business direction and support strategic company decisions.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Architect, with strong experience in contract administration and public works projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, GCCC forms of contract, and public procurement procedures.
- Proven track record managing projects through construction, including site inspections and contractual processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience securing local authority approvals and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
