Senior Accountant role with an Irish business based in North Dublin (Office based role). The business has operations across Ireland and the UK.
About Your New Job
- As the Financial Accountant, you will assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
- You will design and deliver Key Performance Indicators, providing insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
- Serve as a business partner to senior management and board members, leading financial aspects of Audit management.
- You will ensure compliance by monitoring and applying relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and evaluating organisational structures and governance frameworks.
- Take ownership of cost-saving initiatives, participate in the annual external audit process, and prepare grant submissions (including Enterprise Ireland, European projects, R&D Tax Credit claims).
- Collaborate cross-functionally on ad hoc value-add projects to support business objectives.
What You Need
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- 3+ years of post qualified experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or industrial type sectors would be an advantage`.
- Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport
