Senior Account Executive – DACH Region

About The Company

Our client is a leading SaaS company helping retailers and e-commerce brands transform traditional print catalogs into dynamic, digital, and interactive experiences that boost customer engagement and sales. Operating across Europe and trusted by mid-market and enterprise customers, the company combines innovation with a strong commercial focus.

You will be part of an international, remote-first team that values flexibility, autonomy, and continuous professional development. Collaboration is largely asynchronous, allowing you to structure your workday around impact, not office hours, while contributing to the company’s growth in a high-potential market.

The Work

As Senior Account Executive for the DACH region, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client’s presence across German-speaking markets.

  • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for the DACH region, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
  • Drive proactive outbound prospecting and multithread relationships across target retail and e-commerce accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quota achievement.
  • Engage directly with senior decision-makers to uncover business needs and design tailored digital catalog solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Operate independently in the DACH market, prioritizing opportunities and executing a strategic go-to-market approach.
  • Leverage modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack to work efficiently in a primarily asynchronous, remote environment.

The Person

The ideal candidate is a driven B2B SaaS sales professional with a proven track record in closing complex deals and building strong customer relationships in the DACH region.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to retail and/or e-commerce clients.
  • Native or fluent German language skills, combined with excellent English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business.
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently, from outreach to contract signature.
  • Self-directed, resilient, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in an asynchronous, remote-first setting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and influence decisions.
  • Commercially curious and growth-minded, staying up to date with industry trends and continuously refining your sales approach.

The Benefits

You will join a high-trust, remote-first organization that invests in your success and wellbeing.

  • Competitive base salary (€60k – €85k, depending on location) plus uncapped commission potential.
  • Remote-first setup with around 80% asynchronous work, giving you flexibility and autonomy over your schedule.
  • Support for productive work and wellbeing, including a co-working space budget and wellness allowance.
  • Company-provided laptop and tools to set you up for success.
  • Annual company retreat to connect in person with colleagues from across Europe.
  • 25 days of paid vacation, in addition to local public holidays.

Diversity & Inclusion Statement

They believe diverse teams drive better ideas, stronger customer relationships, and more innovative products. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, disability status, or any other aspect of identity.
