About the Role
Working with a leading organisation in the food and catering sector to recruit a Catering Sales Representative. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales growth, developing new business, and strengthening relationships across the catering and distributor network.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual to play a key role in expanding market presence while managing an established customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new catering customers
- Introduce new clients to the company’s product range
- Grow existing accounts by expanding product offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with catering customers and distributors
- Ensure customers are consistently supplied through distributor channels
- Work closely with distributor teams to drive product sales and growth
- Deliver on agreed objectives with distributors and report accordingly
- Manage promotional campaigns on a monthly basis to maximise results
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, food, or catering is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Commercially aware with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- PC literate, savvy maintaining reporting systems
