About Your New Job as a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

  • You will design and enhance go-to-market frameworks, sales processes, and team operating models to drive productivity and efficiency across international sales teams.
  • Lead and support European seller acquisition initiatives, with a focus on enabling Business Development activities.
  • Identify, optimise, and automate operational processes throughout the seller lifecycle, ensuring streamlined workflows and scalable team practices.
  • You will partner closely with senior leadership, analytics, product, and regional business teams to translate business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional programs end-to-end—including process design, change management, and performance evaluation.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience managing strategic projects in sales operations, enablement, business operations, or sales transformation within technology or marketplace sectors.
  • Expertise in using data analytics, process design, and automation tools to scale operations and boost measurable business results.
  • Track record supporting multi-market or international Business Development and sales initiatives, ideally with exposure to the European market.
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, analytics, and operations teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and standard sales methodologies.
