Our client is a leading provider of sustainable construction solutions, known for their innovative building systems for residential and commercial applications. They are seeking a leader to manage key accounts and direct the sales team.
About Your New Job
- Manage the key account relationships across contractors, developers and home builders.
- Proactively building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for expansion
- Manage a small sales team and give guidance on best practice, manage KPIS and drive performance
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums so you can increase brand awareness!
What Skills You Need
- 5 years in construction sales dealing with Tier 1 Contractors and Developers
- Strong technical understanding of sustainable construction systems or a willingness to develop deep product knowledge
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 1 year People management experience
