Due to continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage a small Team of Sales Executives.
About Your Sales Manager Job
- Introducing and implementing Sales strategies to acquire new clients and retaining existing ones
- Setting Sales targets and KPIs for the Sales Team which are achievable and will drive revenue growth
- Train and support the Sales Team and help them to maintain a healthy pipeline and exceed sales goals
- Account manage and relationship management both new and existing business
- Responsible for reporting and metrics on sales figures and pipeline
- Selling into the whole of the Republic of Ireland
What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager job
- University Degree is a strong advantage
- Experience in managing a team of Field Sales executives
- A Proven track record in sales
- Previous experience in selling payment solutions a strong advantage
- Selling financial products a strong advantage
- Full Clean Driving Licence
