This role combines lead generation, outbound prospecting, and CRM management with strong sales administration and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in pipeline creation, quotation management, and ensuring smooth sales operations across the business.

About Your New Job
- Research and prospect new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Representatives
- Manage CRM data and track sales activity
- Prepare and issue quotations and sales documentation
- Support sales meetings, reporting, and events
- Manage contract documentation, ensuring all records are accurately logged, maintained, and issued to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, sales support, or a customer-facing role (graduates considered)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced SME
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot an advantage)
