About Your New Job as a Sales and Customer Relationship Manager
- As the Sales and Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the point of contact for clients nationwide, assisting them through various channels such as phone, web chat and events
- You will develop and maintain a strong understanding of the platform to allow you to deliver demonstrations and covert into successful sales
- You will assist in the development of sales strategy and manage existing and new customer relationships
- Promote the company’s solutions through in person and virtual events will also be a key aspect of this role
- This will be a remote position but will include client visits nationwide when needed
What Skills You Need
- You will need to have a proven sales background in insurance or software company
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relationship building focused sales positions
- You must also have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
- Understanding of the insurance industry and processes will be a strong advantage
- You must have a full Irish driving license
