About Your New Job
- As a Sales Agent, you will sell motor, home and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls!
- You will drive sales and exceed performance targets in a very fast-paced environment.
- You will deliver excellent customer service so you can maintain our client's exceptional brand impression.
- Confidently handle objections, close sales, and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and overall team success.
What Skills You Need
- You must have at least 1 year experience in insurance sales
- Proven record of working to and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
