About Your New Job
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring a smooth and professional sales process from enquiry to quotation. You will work closely with Sales, Estimating and Marketing teams, providing essential administrative and coordination support across commercial activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team with administration, coordination, and pipeline tracking.
- Preparing, issuing, and tracking client quotations in collaboration with the estimating team.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, reports, and client/project documentation.
- Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Assisting with sales reports, meetings, and internal coordination.
- Supporting sales and marketing activities, including events such as open days or exhibitions.
What Skills You Need
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, or a customer-facing role (entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SME environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is an advantage.

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:30pm
