- A busy retailer is looking for you as their new Retail Assistant for their Trade Counter.
- You will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service and assist retail sales staff where required.
About Your New Job
- Greet customers and assist them with any queries.
- Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- Assist customers in their selection of products and escalate any technical queries to the relevant expert.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in their areas of responsibility.
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained and products are well presented.
- Keep up to date with any special offers and the features and benefits of each product.
- Work as part of a team and assist other retail staff as required.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in retail is essential
- Trade counter sales experience
- Passion for DIY/Homewares and keen eye for market trends
