About Your New Job as a Store Manager will:
- Be responsible for the overall performance and daily running of the store.
- Deliver on all agreed store KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate workloads effectively.
- Recruit, schedule, and manage team performance, coaching and mentoring staff to reach their full potential.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Oversee effective merchandising and display of product offering.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum two years’ retail store management experience (food industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive Salary: Annual Salary: €33,280 – €36,400 + extremely attractive monthly KPI-based bonus package (up to €12,000 additional)
- 1 weekend off in 4 weekends
- only 2 late nights per week to 9pm!
