Retail Fulfilment Operative - Part time
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Fulfilment Operative to join a busy and growing retail company based in Cork.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately using picking lists/scanners
- Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch
- Checking orders for accuracy before shipment
- Labelling and organising packages
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
- Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised
- Following company Health & Safety procedures
- Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse, retail or order-picking experience is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills
- Physically capable of standing and moving stock throughout the day
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full training will be provided, so candidates with the right attitude and work ethic but limited experience are encouraged to apply.
