The successful applicant will lead the business resilience framework, ensuring resilience principles are integrated into business planning and strategy.
About Your New Job
- Oversee the integration of resilience objectives into the design of critical infrastructure, systems, and processes to minimise disruptions.
- Design and govern enterprise-wide continuity and crisis plans, embedding resilience into critical operations.
- Provide guidance during disruptions coordinated recovery and safeguarding system reliability and stakeholder confidence.
- Integrate resilience into business planning and operational risk assessments
- Ensure robust governance and transparency
- Engage proactively external stakeholders—including regulators such as the CRU, government agencies, and key suppliers
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational resilience roles, ideally in the energy sector but will look at highly regulated industries such as financial services
- Qualified to degree level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
