About Your New Job

  • Tenancy Administration: Oversee all aspects of tenancy management for property owners, ensuring adherence to lease agreements, legal requirements, and internal protocols. Serve as the primary contact for tenants throughout their tenancy period.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Tenant Support: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor rental payments and manage overdue accounts efficiently, implementing timely follow-up actions.
  • Maintenance Management: Identify and address maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors to obtain competitive quotes and oversee necessary repairs.
  • Move-Out Coordination: Manage tenant move-outs and facilitate seamless utility transfers.
  • Property Readiness: Prepare properties for re-letting in collaboration with the Lettings Team, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
  • Performance Improvement: Strive to achieve optimal results in new lettings, occupancy rates, and lease renewals

What Skills You Need

  • Licensing: PSRA C licence (Must Have)
  • Experience: 2-4 years experience in tenancy management.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of legislation regarding residential property and RTB regulations.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Client Interaction: Proven ability to confidently interact with clients and tenants both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Relationship Development: Skilled in fostering long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrates a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail, able to work autonomously while effectively contributing to team objectives.
