About Your New Job
- As Regulatory Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional regulatory programs and initiatives, ensuring products are ready and cleared for launch both domestically and internationally.
- You will provide hands-on support for global product submissions and approvals, working closely with regulatory and cross-functional teams to facilitate launch readiness.
- Your responsibilities include tracking deliverables, managing timelines, generating regulatory scorecards, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous process improvements.
- You will own the planning, execution, and management of complex, cross-functional programs, liaise with stakeholders, and present progress and solutions to senior leadership.
What Skills You Need
- 7+ years' experience leading and managing complex, end-to-end programs (technical/non-technical), coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to guide, influence, and align stakeholders—skilled at setting expectations and encouraging collaboration.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with regulatory frameworks, process improvement, and risk management.
