About Your New Job
- As a Project Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of projects primarily based in Dublin, while remaining flexible to work on projects in adjacent sectors as needed.
- You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, producing and coordinating technical documentation from initial concept through to completion.
- The role requires some travel to the Dundalk office, could be 2 days in one week for team meetings (not a regular occurance), collaboration, and project reviews.
- You will ensure all work meets Irish Building Regulations, relevant planning requirements, and client objectives, across residential, healthcare, education, and the occasional exciting, unconventional project.
What Skills You Need
- Registered Architect with 5+ years' post-registration experience.
- Strong portfolio of project delivery, ideally across residential, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Revit or equivalent BIM software and producing comprehensive technical documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning, and construction processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in Dublin, while effectively collaborating with colleagues based in Dundalk.
- Flexibility to travel to the Dundalk office up to 2 days per week when needed.
