About Your New Job 

• Lead projects from design through to construction.
• Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Manage project programmes, documentation, and team coordination.

What You Need

• Minimum 8 years' experience as an Project Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
• Experience delivering projects through construction and site inspections.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with local authority approvals.
• Proficient in Revit.

Salary & Benefits

• €65,000 to €75,000 DOE.
