About Your New Job as a Regional Sales Manager
- As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the sale of consumable products in the Life Sciences industry across Ireland, the UK, and the Nordic Region.
- You will lead and develop the field-based Account Managers ensuring that targets and revenue goals are met
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for achieving commercial targets and managing team activities to meet goals.
- You will manage pharmaceutical cleaning solution sales
- Building relationships with pharma manufacturers and cleanroom facilities will be a key aspects of the role
- This will be a remote role and will involve travel across the UK and Ireland with occasional international travel required
What Skills You Need within this Role
- 3+ years’ experience in managing teams in either pharmaceutical or life sciences space
- A technical degree (Biotechnology, chemistry or biology) will be a distinct advantage here
- You will need to be able to travel within the UK and Ireland as well as occasional international travel
- Full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland will also be a requirement for this role
