About Your New Job
As a Refrigeration Service Engineer, you will:
Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems including HFC/CO₂ pack systems, glycol chilled loops, and hydrocarbon units
Troubleshoot technical issues across refrigeration, cooling, and AC equipment using advanced diagnostic techniques
Install, commission, and optimise control systems (Danfoss, Carel, RDM) to ensure peak performance and compliance
Complete detailed service reports, compliance documentation, and customer communications with professionalism and accuracy
Work independently or as part of the service team, managing schedules and delivering excellent customer service on every call
What Skills You Need
Full SOLAS-qualified Refrigeration Apprentice (or equivalent) with valid F-Gas Certification
3+ years' hands-on experience in commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in HFC and CO₂ refrigeration systems
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to support business needs
