About Your New Job
- As a Recruitment Consultant with Sigmar, you’ll enjoy full autonomy to manage your own desk within a supportive team environment—delivering roles with leading multinational and Irish clients in cutting-edge sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, not just box-ticking or volume-based recruitment.
- Focus on quality, consultative recruitment rather than rigid call targets or transactional placements.

What Skills You Need
- At least 6 months’ experience in agency recruitment, with the drive to accelerate your development in a higher-trust, high-support setting.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to both clients and candidates.

- A passion for problem solving and providing great service.
