Recruitment Consultant – Temporary & Contract Accounting

About the Role

Sigmar Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary & Contract Accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, sales, or business development who wants to build a career in recruitment.
You'll work with clients and candidates across the accounting market, managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement. The role is primarily office-based initially to support training, development, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process for temporary and contract accounting roles
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing talent
  • Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
  • Negotiating offers and managing placements
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining candidate and client records within the CRM system
  • Working towards individual and team targets

About the Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Ireland in recruitment, sales, or business development
  • Must be able to come into the office  4 days a week (Dublin City Centre)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded and target-driven
  • Full working rights in Ireland (No sponsorship)
