  • Modern offices in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, with an active sports and social culture, and regular staff events.
  • Fully on site, 9-5pm for 2 weeks , 8am-5pm for 2 weeks monthly rotation (36 hours overall).

About Your New Job

  • As the Receptionist, you will serve as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression at all times.
  • You will efficiently manage a dynamic front desk, handling a high volume of calls (up to 700 per month), as well as external mailboxes, redirecting queries accurately across the organisation.
  • Responsibilities include managing visitor sign-ins, coordinating deliveries and post, supporting boardroom setup, and collaborating on office and facilities tasks.
  • You will help maintain discretion around confidential documents and contribute to a welcoming, calm, and organised office environment.
  • Working hours alternate between 9am-5pm and 8am-5pm, on a two-week rotation.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a front-of-house or receptionist position, with a strong track record of reliability, good tenure and professionalism.
  • Committed to a long-term career as a receptionist, enjoying the responsibility of being the organisation’s ambassador at the front desk.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and discretion.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; proficient using Microsoft Office.
