About Your New Job

As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, delivering an exceptional front office experience.

  • Manage busy external phone lines and promptly handle all incoming calls.
  • Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner.
  • Provide support to member queries, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
  • Maintain the smooth running and appearance of the front office and manage logistics.
  • Handle post, courier deliveries, and email correspondence to agreed service levels.
  • Support Board Meeting logistics, including meeting room set-up (with occasional early start times).
  • Assist with day-to-day admin activities and Documentation Management Centre backup.
  • Fulfil other duties that ensure exceptional support service.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 1 year’s experience as a Receptionist, with the ability to get up to speed quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, high attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • A team player, with a discreet, confidential and positive “can-do” attitude.
