About Your New Job as a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator

  • Location: Dublin 2
  • Hours: 9-5.30 Mon-Thur, 9-5pm Fri
  • Type: Fully On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanour.
  • Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and handle enquiries.
  • Manage the key holding list for various properties.
  • Update QR codes for new properties and assist with ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the office manager and team.
  • Handle mail, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform general office duties as required.
  • Various ad hoc duties.

What Skills You Need as a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator

  • Fluent English and excellent phone manner.
  • Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
  • Administrative skills and initiative.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment (2-3 years preferred).
  • Experience in an estate agency is beneficial but not essential.
