About Your New Job
- Connecting and Disconnecting Tanks: You will be responsible for connecting and disconnecting tanks for heating.
- Material Handling: Collect and distribute HGV parts and materials efficiently.
- Shunting Trailers: Move trailers to the Test Centre as required.
- Operating Reach Stacker: Drive the container reach stacker/handler safely and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Verify products and tanks correctly, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard clean and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- General Housekeeping: Maintain general housekeeping standards of the site.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as requested by management to support operational needs.
What Skills You Need
- Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Licenses: Full clean Drivers License (CE License would be an advantage, but not essential).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Operative or in a similar role. Reach Stacker Licence is an advantage, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Competencies: Good problem-solving skills, ability to use initiative, excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English, diligence, and a strong focus on health and safety.
