About Your New Job

  • As a Process Development Engineer, you will play a vital, hands-on role in developing and validating new process technologies and enhancing existing processing methods.
  • You will work closely with project leaders, R&D, operations, and internal teams to understand product requirements and deliverables.
  • You will design and develop production equipment, tooling, and fixtures, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Your work will ensure that robust, scalable solutions are implemented from system, equipment, and test perspectives for seamless manufacturing transfer.
  • You will provide direction, coaching, and development to engineers and technicians, promoting high-performance teamwork.
  • You’ll lead risk assessments, develop and maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in process development.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience with process validation and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with metal processing, joining techniques, and emerging technologies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and/or 3D modeling.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people management abilities.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and technical documentation practices.
