About Your New Job

  • As the Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site’s Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • You will provide leadership and oversight of critical quality systems, including deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, quality risk management, document control, training, audit management, and management review processes.
  • Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections, develop and monitor Quality Systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide training to new employees.
  • Analyze issues, correct weaknesses, and oversee corrective action processes while collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

What Skills You Need

  • A minimum of 6–8 years’ relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience managing GMP Quality Systems and working with regulatory inspections.
  • Advanced degree in Biological or Pharmaceutical science discipline.
  • Strong experience in EU GMP, regulatory inspections, risk-based QA strategies, and digital transformation in quality systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve quality and technical challenges, and foster a culture of improvement.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
