About Your New Job

  • Lead and support the Quality Assurance team in delivering day-to-day quality activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HACCP, TACCP, VACCP and food safety management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, customer and regulatory standards through effective quality systems.
  • Manage customer complaints, non-conformances and root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Support internal, customer and third-party audits while maintaining site audit readiness and supplier compliance.
  • Work closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold high quality standards across the site.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Quality/QA leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to support production teams and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
