About Your New Job

  • Drive solutions to improve consistency in KPIs using Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Liaise with all functions to continuously interrogate systems and processes, eliminating waste and improving performance.
  • Ensure processes enhance overall quality performance and compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively work with customers to ensure the company continually meets and exceeds their requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers to address quality issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruption.
  • Provide support to internal departments regarding process development, process risk analysis, and new process assessment.
  • Work with the Quality team to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards.
  • Represent the Quality department for all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures, and ISO certification requirements.
  • Operate and/or program CMM (PC-DMIS) equipment and complete FAIR inspections (AS9102).

What Skills You Need

  • Third-level qualification in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a similar Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer role.
  • Experience in auditing.
  • Basic computer skills; background in SPC and statistics.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GDP requirements.
  • Strong experience with CMM operation (PC-DMIS) and FAIR reporting preferred.
  • Initiative and self-motivation.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
  • Organizational commitment and attention to detail.
